 For over three decades Sakura-Bana has been offering an authentic Japanese eating experience in an unassuming, modest, and humble way. Under the leadership of Chef Ken Kuriki, and a team of experienced, classically trained sushi chefs, the sushi and other Japanese dishes come alive with a brilliance of color, and flavors to tantalize your taste for all things Japanese!  


Sakura-Bana customers will experience some of the freshest, highest quality sushi, sashimi, and nigiri they have ever tasted. When it comes to enjoying raw seafood there can be no compromise on quality and freshness. By example, we use live scallops, west coast uni, and many varieties of specialty Japanese seafood flown directly from the Toyosu Fish Market in the heart of Japan within days of being brought to market. 


Not sure what to order with so many choices on the menu? We offer Omakase "I'll leave it up to you" styled sushi and sashimi for the adventurous. For larger groups we offer a varied selection of multi-colored, almost too beautiful to eat, sushi and sashimi platters to please the eye and palette!

Looking for more than traditional sushi? We also offer traditional Japanese foods such as miso soup, chicken teriyaki, tempura , gyoza, udon and soba. For our locals we have even created a few unique sushi rolls – the Wykoff roll and the Glen Rock roll! We are B.Y.O.B but there is always plenty of green tea available. Complete your dining experience with one of our unique desserts with a Japanese twist to compliment your meal!
